Care and End of Life Planning (In person - TBA)

For those open to discusions on end of life planning, or who have attended an information session previously.  More information available through Dying to Know Day or Advance Care Planning Australia

I'm looking at holding these on a Thursday in Fairfield, however it will depend on numbers available to attend - preferably 4 people.  To express interest, please contact me via ann.cox@aussiebb.com.au.
