Since 2020, I’ve helped my clients find ways to create a calmer mind, reflect and enjoy small breaks. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.I have practiced many different types of meditation styles, so that you don't have to. I write a journal note each morning after I try a new one, noting who or when it might be useful for. [I completed the Meditation Teacher Training Course at Melbourne Meditation Centre in May 2020 & can recommend resources.  One of my favourite books is called "Meditation Secrets for Women"].
