Since 2020, I’ve helped my clients find ways to create a calmer mind, reflect and enjoy small breaks. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals.
I have practiced many different types of meditation styles, so that you don't have to. I write a journal note each morning after I try a new one, noting who or when it might be useful for.
