Assessment and Intake

A free 10 min call by appointment is available to discuss your needs. Please register via the 'book now" button & confirm your email. Then you will be able to login and see available times. You will receive a secure intake form to complete online. This helps assess compatibility.


*NO MEDICARE REBATES (some private health funds may offer rebates) 

What are your fees?

A client session takes around 50-60 minutes + review time: from $120*. Package of 3 or more sessions @ $100 each). In-home visit (from $155).  Note initial fees are payable in advance to confirm your place (except by agreement, eg NDIS clients)

How to describe counselling?

Counselling is a collaborative process where we talk and get to know you, then discuss your goals, challenges and needs.
By talking with someone who encourages you to explore your ideas, new solutions and insights often appear for your consideration.  Together we work on thoughts, processes and other ways to manage, leading to improved ways of living.

How to book a Session

A secure electronic booking and notes software system is in place for you to easily see and select the right type of appointment. You just need to register your email address first, and confirm it to be able to log in and book your own appointments.
