Please contact Ann to arrange a suitable time. Sessions are usually 60 minutes, longer as agreed. Generally online or telephone. Every client is able to receive a free copy of the My Year, My Way Journal, either for themselves or to give to a friend. Please advise if you are booking for Journal / Life Review only or *for integrated counselling, a new client form is required to be filled in prior to session.
